The name "profiterole" is derived from the French word profit, and originally meant a small gift, which is just what these chocolate-smothered cream puffs are!
Bunco night was on Tuesday, and I had the oppertunity to co-host with Missy Soldner. Earlier that day I had the great Help of my sister In-Law Jill help me make PROFITEROLE's!!! They were great. Thank you Jill:)
